Gender, ethnicity and disability pay-gap reporting
The University of Lincoln is committed to equality for all. As a community, we embrace difference and create an inclusive environment in which all our staff and students can thrive, in which everyone feels valued, and in which everyone feels they belong. We are continually working towards improving gender-, ethnicity-, disability- and LGBTQI-related barriers to equality, and this includes action towards reducing observed inequalities in pay
Gender pay legislation requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish data on the gap between their male and female employees. The legislation requires this comparison to be based on a snapshot of pay at a census date of 31 March each year.
The University also reports annually on the ethnicity pay gap (from 2020) and the disability pay gap (from 2021).
