Lincoln Inclusion & Diversity Annual Conference

  • Multicultural people sat around a table in discussion. Happy. Engaged

As part of the University's self-evaluation process, the Lincoln Inclusion & Diversity (LID) Annual Conference brings together staff from across the University to focus on inclusion and diversity; linking policy and practice to facilitate a refreshed perspective to support Lincoln’s ambitious equality aims

The LID Conference provides the opportunity to showcase initiatives and practice, aiming to create a clear picture of the breadth of activities, the progress being made, and the work that still needs to be done towards the sustainable development of an inclusive work/study-place culture.  As such, it forms a valuable part of the self-evaluation process key to driving cultural change, and necessary for EDI accreditation (Athena Swan, Race Equality Charter, Disability Confident etc).

All staff involved in diversity and inclusion-related work are invited to present a poster to feature in our Inclusion & Diversity Showcase, to raise the awareness of, and celebrate, the work already taking place at Lincoln.
