The Carers & Parents (CaP) Club provides networking opportunities for carers, parents and parents-to-be at the University of Lincoln to get together and share experiences of being a working carer/parent. It also provides the opportunity for those planning maternity leave, or returning from maternity leave, to benefit from the lived-experiences of peers

The CaP Club is a supportive and inclusive network of carers, parents, and parents-to-be with shared interests and responsibilities. The Club offers informal peer support and an open environment for discussions around topics such as  managing the transition back to work and the trials and tribulations of 'balancing' work and family in both academic and professional support roles. The main aim is to foster stronger relationships across the University of Lincoln, as well as provide carers with relevant information regarding HR policies and procedures around being a working carer.

The network is open to all staff
