National recognition for Lincoln’s Back2Science Fellowship scheme

The Back2Science Fellowship scheme at the University of Lincoln has received national recognition at the ARMA 25th Anniversary conference.

The Back2Science Fellowships were launched as part of the University’s commitment to the Athena SWAN Charter in 2014. The scheme, which provides opportunities for researchers who have taken extended career breaks to get back into scientific research, has recently received the Director's Prize at the ARMA conference.

ARMA is the UK’s professional Association for Research Managers and Administrators; facilitating excellence in research by identifying and establishing best practice in research management and administration.
