  • Group of students sitting in a class room

The Eleanor Glanville Institute was commissioned by the British Philosophical Association to investigate and analyse data on the demographics and taught provision in Philosophy across the UK to assess the strengths and weaknesses in the promotion of EDI in the discipline. The study explores staff experiences of, and attitudes towards, the study and teaching of Philosophy alongside understanding the student lived experiences on the provisions of philosophy at post-16, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level.

Findings from the research are now available on the British Philosophical Association website
