Talkback Tuesday: Career Impact of Parental Leave

Our Talkback Tuesdays Programme is an integral part of our EDI work, and will help to fulfil our inclusion and diversity ambitions to build an inclusive university. Consisting of a series of facilitated focus groups, this programme provides a safe space for colleagues to express their opinions on what will make a difference to them, and their experience, at the University.To hear (and listen to) what colleagues have to say, is the first step to making change
The next focus group of the series will explore the career impact of taking parental leave, and to build an understanding of what the impacts might be, for anyone taking parental leave, on their careers at the University of Lincoln.
